Effie Presveia is General Manager of Information & Technology at PPC S.A., a position she assumed in November 2023. She brings over 20 years of executive experience in banking, consulting, and digital transformation, with a strong track record in designing and implementing complex IT and innovation strategies across multiple markets. She began her career at Accenture and spent 16 years at Eurobank, where she held a series of leadership roles, including Group Director of the e-Business Sector, CIO of Eurobank Stedionica in Serbia, and Managing Director of Business Exchanges S.A. She also led major international IT projects in Poland and Serbia. From 2016 to 2020, she was a Director at Accenture, focusing on Financial Services and Digital Technologies in Greece and Cyprus. From 2020 to 2023, she served as CTOO at Attica Bank and was part of the Executive Committee. Effie has held board positions at DIAS Interbank Systems and Teiresias S.A. and served as Vice President of the Hellenic Institute of Information and Communication. She holds a degree in Informatics from the University of Piraeus and is known for driving technology-enabled transformation in highly regulated industries.
